July 10th 2025.
It was a glorious evening when we presented a performance of "Oh Victoria" beside the statue of the lady herself, in Church Gardens in Bury. A few members dressed the part and some of the basses could be seen waving copies of "The Woman's Weekly"! After all that, we retired for "Tea & Buns" at the Parish Hall to mark the end of another successful term.

June 2025. The Street Choirs Festival was in Bradford this year. We presented a new song written by our choir leader, Eleanor, which celebrated our local girl - Victoria Wood.
May 2025. We joined with Cantare (Ladies) Choir for a highly enjoyable evening in Norden,
December 2024. We were busy with busking sessions at Bury Art & Sculpture Gallery early in the month and a joint concert with The Brixi Singers in Greenmount (pictured). We sang at Hewlett Court in Holcombe Brook - before finishing off our year with a concert for Friends and Family in Blackburne Hall.

We huddled under a gazebo to avoid the worst of the rain. Singing outside is always a challenge, but we were able to present some of our recent repertoire, including an updated (green) version of Bella Ciao!
